What is CrossFit to us? In the realm of fitness, human connection is often lost in the culture of headphones and treadmills and gimmicks promising miracles with little or no investment. CrossFit is more than just movements and method, chalk and chiseled bodies. CrossFit is people. CrossFit is Community. Human connection is the most powerful force in the world. CrossFit provides a daily opportunity to bond with one another in the most vulnerable and powerful situations, by its nature, bringing us back to the face-to-face connections in the sport of fitness. Its very foundation is its athletes and members – each valuable regardless of demographics. CrossFit is for everyone and because of this, bring us together, connects us, and bonds us to one another in a way that traditional methods of fitness have never achieved. We, as crossfitters, help one another through the toughest workouts. We understand that the battles we fight are not just in the gym. We recognize and respect individual motivation we see in others. We push each other far beyond where we can push ourselves. We lift each other up by seeing things in one another that we cannot see in ourselves. And collectively, we make miracles happen.

Tailored Fitness Classes

Every workout we offer is programmed and tailored specifically to your ability and fitness goals. That’s right – every class! Wherever you are at your fitness journey, we’ll tailor a program to help you to safely and steadily improve more of your fitness goals.

Educated Coaching

Our professionally trained coaches actively coach each class, from the workout introduction, warmup, movement patterns, workout and cooldown. Personal coaching like this would normally cost a fortune in traditional gyms, but here at BTG CrossFit, the coaching session is included in all our memberships.

Functional Training

Our constantly varied programming uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to perform. We combine aspects of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, and much more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way.

Friendship & Accountability

At Bridge The Gap, our community is our greatest strength. You’ll make lifelong friends to help inspire, challenge and motivate you. We train together, have fun together, and always encourage one and other.

Free Workout Tracking Software

Log your workouts and track improvements through our mobile Triib application that is free with every membership. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements, engage with other members, and get feedback from your coaches.

Structured Beginners’ Program

Our Box Basics program is designed to ensure the safety and success of our new members. At Bridge The Gap CrossFit, we understand that everyone is not the same and we all start at different levels of fitness.

Temperature Controlled Lounge

Enjoy our temperature controlled lounge area that overlooks the gym. Sit back and enjoy post-workout free time, or settle in after work before you hit your workout.

On Site Pro Shop

United Mettle Pro Shop on site. You can use our check out kiosk to purchase jump ropes, knee sleeves, hoodies, tshirts, supplements and more.

Quality Capped Class Sizes

You’re more than a number to us! We want you to get the attention you deserve every session and that’s why all our classes are limited to 10 members at a time.
