Overnight Oats

This easy & delicious recipe will have you ready to rock in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 2 or 3 dashes of cinnamon
  • 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a single container
  • Stir
  • Place in the fridge overnight
  • In the morning, add a small handful of almonds (~10)
  • Top with your favorite berries
  • Heat if you like or enjoy them cold
