Step 2: Attend Box Basics
Four 1 on 1 sessions with a coach where we go over the foundational moves of CrossFit so you feel comfortable and safe while progressing into group class. Each session will end with a short personalized workout.
Step 3: Group CrossFit Classes
Bridge The Gap CrossFit group classes is our results driven fitness program that combines best practices from gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training into a fun 60-minute group class. Our workouts can be customized to challenge any fitness level. Whether your goal is to live, train, or compete, we are eager to help you become your best you!
