BOX BASICS PROGRAM
For The Beginners
Our Box Basics program teaches the movements of CrossFit and includes a workout at the end of each session. Box Basics ensures that our members are safe and knowledgeable so they get the most out of their experiences in group classes. Once you have the basics you can join any of our CrossFit classes or Open Gym times.
Want To Work On A Movement?
Skill Sessions are 30-minute dedicated to individual progressions on one or two specific movements or skills. Choose what skill you would like to improve on, get individualized progressions based on abilities, and receive a comprehensive plan on how to continue to improve after your session is over.
Need A Change To Your Eating Habits?
For just $25 a week you get: daily remote accountability & support for nutritional goals, guidance using online food journals to track food, weekly one-on-one meeting or call with your nutrition coach to set & monitor personalized nutritional goals, monthly progress measurements & photos.
