Lean Mean Turkey Meatballs

These lean mean turkey meatballs can be used in a variety of dishes paired with zoodles, on a sub or sliders, or serve with rice or potatoes!


  • 1 pound of lean ground turkey
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesean cheese
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of fresh parsley


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and nonstick spray
  • Combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, and spices in a bowl.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop out meat & form into balls
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes.  Turn halfway through.
